Warrington Road, Chester, Cheshire
Set in five acres of shady lawns and shrubberies, this hotel was designed in the 18th century. In 1793, the property passed to Thomas Baldwin, a distinguished pioneer balloonist, whose exploits are on display in the hotel. A 19th century conservatory now forms part of the Atrium restaurant. Only a five minute drive the centre of Chester, Hoole Hall is a great location from which to explore this historic city and surrounding countryside.
